Dr. Bryan Frazier is a 1991 graduate of the University of Houston School of Optometry. He began practicing optometry in the Houston area, moving three years later to Tyler, TX. Dr. Frazier is licensed in therapeutic glaucoma.

Dr. Seth Goolsbee was born in Tyler, TX. In 2014 he received his Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas. Dr. Goolsbee graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2018.
Dr. Leo Mack, Jr. is honored to be the founder of The Cataract Center of East Texas, one of the first freestanding eye surgery facilities in Tyler, TX. Dr. Mack has specialized in ophthalmology for more than 20 years.
